Mount Lyell EnviroTours an above ground aspect of mining not to he missed. We are a very short walk to the railway station home of the ABT Railway,from here the train departs for Strahan. The trip takes 4 - 5 hours

Just a short stroll and you are in our town centre which offers a varied range allgoods and souvenirs. Take the time to feel the atmosphere and history that has accumulated over a hundred years of mining activity.

Mt Jukes is a short drive from town where you can see large wilderness areas and some of the most stunning scenery in Tasmania.

When you drive to Strahan situated on Macquarie Harbour why not consider a cruise around the Harbour and up the Gordon River, cruises run daily. Other activities include aircraft flights and jet boat trips that also travel up the majestic Gordon River.
